Jay-Z and Pharrell make an appearance at Sol Village presented by Noizy Cricket!!

Despite the all day down pour, the night was an electric packed house. Eric Roberson hosted a night of tremendous talent. It was vibrant, lyrically inspiring, and most importantly memorable. The night started off with the high energy of Yasinabdur. At first glance his style definitely set the tone for his performance with a light bright outfit from head to toe, topped with a sequenced hat; A guy who isn’t afraid to take risks. The neo-soul queen of the night Candice Anitra gave an orgasmic performance and took it back with selling her tracks on vinyl records. Laurianna Mae, newly signed artist to Atlantic records, a tiny package with a big punch set the bar high for the night. Her sassy soulstress strut across stage put the crowd into a dance ‘boom-kat’ mode with her track “beat it”. Google her! It was a star-studded event full of unexpected surprises, like Jay-z and Pharell in the cut to support Roc Nation’s own Bridget Kelly who released her EP “Every Girl” yesterday! The show didn’t stop there, Verse Simmonds bought a round for all the sexy ladies, vocally that is, serenading the ladies in the house. Singer Songwriter Nikki Jean and Cj brought it home with intimate sets to close out the show. My Wednesday night was well spent, what about yours?! Don’t miss the next one!
